I Miss you California!

It was 39 degrees today. There were snowflakes in the air. I like the cold. But there is something so sweet about the California sunshine. But I did feel a bit festive in the chilly weather, walking among the Christmas lights with a chai tea, all bundled up in a wool coat with furry hood, gloves and boots with warm stripe-y socks. Maybe I’ll make a rebel Christmas card and put a scene like this on it.

    CALIFORNIA MISSES YOU!!!! IT WAS 70 TODAY BUT THE EVENING DID COOL DOWN TO 57. I TOOK THE GIRLS FOR A WALK ABOUT 5:00 PM AND THOUGHT IT WAS STILL WARM OUT SO I DID NOT TAKE A SWEATER AND I WAS CHILLY EVEN THOUGH I HAD TWO T-SHIRTS ON. THE GIRLS HAD THEIR COATS ON AND WHEN WE GOT HOME THE CRAWLED UNDER THE BLANKET ON THE COUCH. I THINK THAT THEY HAVE GOTTEN SPOILED WITH THE WARM SUN THAT SHINES EVERY DAY. THEY STILL LOVE TO SIT ON THE FRONT PORCH IN THE SUN WITH THE WIND GENTLY BLOWING THEIR FUR WITH THEIR EYES CLOSED. COME BACK SOON FOR ANOTHER SUNSHINE FIX… WE LOVE AND MISS YOU VERY MUCH..KEEP WARM..ALL OUR LOVE FROM SAN DIEGO…

    i love cali also, my lil’ owl of the great north west!

    enjoy rockah-fellah centah and all the skatahs, in the mean time!

    we will be curled up and slurping the sauce next week!!!!
